Yes. Submitting an expressioin of interest is completely free and does not create any purchase obligation; registration is not a binding sale.
Yes. An official remote acquisition process is available: you book an appointment through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and submit your documents and biometric registration at a Saudi diplomatic mission in Tรผrkiye. Once your digital identity is approved, you obtain a Saudi eSIM, activate your identity through Nafath and Absher, and complete the procedures electronically.
Enquiry registration, allocation, contract, an acquisition application through REGAโs official Saudi Properties platform, electronic payment into an escrow account, followed by Land Registry registration and an electronic title deed. We provide Turkish-language support at every step.
Yes, shared ownership can be recorded on the title deed; each co-owner must meet the requirements for property acquisition in Makkah.
Yes. Ownership is completed when the property is registered under your name in the Land Registry and an electronic title deed is issued; the right acquired is permanent full ownership (freehold).
Yes. Long-term rental is permitted; lease agreements are registered through the official Ejar system.
Yes. Sale is permitted after title registration; transfers during the construction stage are subject to Wafi regulations.
